Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Kalani Journals.

Each order is carefully hand-assembled, thoughtfully packed, and made with creative intention.

Because of the nature of our mystery bundles and curated stationery kits, all sales are final — but you will be supported with every purchase and through any potential issue, should one arise.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kalanijournals@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll happily replace the item or issue store credit where appropriate.

Once an order is marked as delivered, Kalani Journals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please check with the mail carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.

We use recyclable, reusable, and “re-journalable” materials for every order.

Not only that, but each purchase is made-to-order, so your specifications are sure to be met post-purchase.

That means almost everything can be added directly into your projects—from kraft wrapping to envelopes to tissue and scrap papers. Nothing goes to waste.

What is junk journaling?

Junk journaling is a creative practice that blends collage, memory-keeping, and self-expression. It often uses a mix of papers, textures, stickers, tape, and found materials to layer, glue, tape, tear, and experiment—without rules or expectations.

It can be artistic or practical, mindful or messy. There’s no “right” way to junk journal—just a hobby to slow down and create freely.

How long will my order(s) take to ship?

We ship out each order within 2 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you.

Are the materials in the Mystery Bundles the same for everyone?

Each bundle is thoughtfully curated, so no two are ever the same.

While the kits all include journaling essentials—papers, stickers, washi, and more—the colors, patterns, and designs vary, making each bundle a fun surprise.

Can I request specific items or themes for my bundle(s)?

You’re welcome to request themes, color palettes, or general vibes (neutral, nature-inspired, soft tones, bold, etc).

We’ll do our best to accommodate these preferences when curating your bundle.

That said, all bundles remain mystery-based, and the core items and quantities stay the same. Specific products or exact designs can’t be guaranteed—but every bundle is curated with intention and care.
