Processing Time
All orders are hand-assembled, wrapped, and packed with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kalani Journals is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
